were taken the first week of July 2004 with Lizna still in ireland.  We are thrilled

with her development.  She has tons of hair even though her mane is pulled out a bit.

Her confirmation is excellent and she has substantial bone development.

Lisnagh is our smallest mare, traditionally bred, the way the Gypsies like them. She’s a deep bay and white mare, with stunning conformation and great hair. She is predominately dark and shows telltale “rose buds” that usually indicate homogenous color genetics. With her dark coloring, we expect she’ll throw lots of color in her offspring. She has generations of small horses in her background, so if you are looking for traditional Gypsy looks, look no further. 

Lisnagh is off the Toy Boy stallion (Line). The Toy Boy is one of the UK’s finest small stallions. He stands under 14 hands, with exceptional conformation and feather, that he has generously passed on to Lisnagh.  

Toy Boy lines in the US are very rare, and of this writing only two other horses (stallions), in the US, carry these genetics.

Lizzy is beautifully built and a very

heavy 2002 mare.

Both have tremendous manes and feather.

  We can't wait to see them

fully mature!

Lizzy is very curious and friendly...even

with our son John who would rather be

left alone.  He won't admit it but he really loves her.

She has been lightly

handled and was still clamoring for attention.

When they call Gypsies Pocket Horses

they aren't kidding!
